| Bryce Canyon is another amazing wonderland. This is again my third visit to Bryce and the landscape is as spellbinding as the first visit. We camped in the park two nights and went on a couple hikes in this fairytale land. |

| Our camp at Bryce Canyon, where Jim Vandenberg, a cyclist from Holland, camped next to us. We were impressed at how light he travels. Only two panniers. If you can read Dutch, check out › Jim's website. |

| Under the Rim to Hat Shop Hike |

 |
| Our major hike in Bryce was a 5-miler (RT) on the Under the Rim Trail to the Hat Shop |
View east from the rim |

The bristlecone pines were quite small and not as
gnarly as the ones in the White Mountains of CA |
Thunder showers were predicted today |

| Time to take my hat off at the Hat Shop |
These funny formations look more like berets than hats |

| Maybe a feather in your hat? Gotta use your imagination. |
